Easy Breakfast For Diet Omelet


For some people breakfast is the most important meal of the day, i’m one of those people who can’t start productive morning without eating breakfast. I’m food lover, i like to try new recipes, i just can’t eat same food all the time, today i will share my favourite omelet recipe.

You will need:

  • 4 eggs
  • cucumber few slices
  • some tomatoes
  • salt

Separate yolk from the white, mix it up with spoon for a minute and place in the pain, no oil need. After mix the white of the egg with a mixer about 2 minutes and place in to the pan, put some salt.

Cook it on small faire about 5 minutes. After flip it, place it to the plate and you can cut it in half, if you want too. Cut cucumber and tomatoes and place in to the plate.
