Good evening everyone! I hope you’ve all had a lovely Good Friday, and have some fun things planned over the Easter weekend (I can’t wait to have a few days off work and get caught up on some stuff at home).
In honour of Easter, today I’m going to be sharing with you 5 simple things you can do to lift your spirits when you’re feeling blue. These are little things that you can do anywhere, anytime to help improve your mood and get you motivated again.
For me, these are things I resort to in the morning. Today, for example, I really struggled to get up for work, but by forcing myself to do these simple tasks I was soon back on track and ready to face my day (well, more ready to face my day – the day can’t start without coffee).
