10 Tips to fitting fitness into your busy schedule:

  1. WAKE UP EARLIER
    Sleep is obviously important. Try going to bed 30 minutes earlier then what you normally do so you can get up and work out before your starts.
    Morning exercise benefits – helps regulate appetite, boost energy, and ensures your work out is checked off for the day.
  2. CUT DOWN ON MEDIA
    You might be surprised how much time you spend on media, all those minutes really add up. Cut out media and you might open up at least 15minutes for a physical activity.
  3. BE AN ACTIVE TV WATCHER
    When you do watch tv try to add some physical activity with it. Do jumping jacks or pushups during commercials. Doing a little exercise during the commercial breaks can add up to almost 20 minutes of fitness for every hour of TV you watch. And instead of sitting in a…
